Sports pitch specialist, GreenFields have today announced their partnership with facilities management company and club house constructor, FM247, adding yet another string to their bow in providing non-league clubs with a total service for football pitch and stadium development.

As Official Pitch Partner of the EVO-STIK Northern Premier League and EVO-STIK League South, GreenFields with this new collaboration are able to provide a ‘one stop’ building solution, which recognises the growing need from clubs at this level to communicate and plan ground developments through one main company. Clubs who are now interested in anew 3G pitch but would also like a club house refurb or complete new build which could be developed simultaneously to minimise disruption, are able to do so through GreenFields and vice versa with a new sports pitch through FM247.

FM247 (Facilities Management Group) based in Sheffield but working nationwide, specialise in building and facilities maintenance and refurbishment tailoring each project specifically to the end user. With a workforce in place of over 500, FM247 are more than well equipped to take each new club house from conception to completion with planning, design and build capabilities. To enable clubs to see the impact that a new club house will have FM247 and GreenFields will be utilising a new 3D modelling software package, which visualises the new developments in situ.
